PasaRonda terms of use
These terms govern the PasaRonda website, desktop app and service provided by Spark & Reason LLC. Read the privacy policy before creating an account or sharing an interview.
1. Agreement and scope
Your agreement is with Spark & Reason LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use service features. Reading our public pages does not require a purchase.
The Privacy policy explains data processing. Reading it does not replace any specific consent required by law. Additional features or paid plans may have specific terms, presented before you use or purchase them.
2. Eligibility and account security
The service is intended for people aged 18 or older who can legally enter this agreement. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it and share its information. Use accurate account details and your own Google identity; PasaRonda does not need your Google password.
Protect your device, sessions and credentials. Do not lend, sell or share account access. If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke sessions where possible and notify info@sparkreason.com. You are responsible for uses you authorize; this does not remove our legal security obligations.
3. What AI assistance provides
PasaRonda helps organize answers using transcription, context you supply and AI-generated guidance. It does not speak for you, verify your experience or certify a technical answer as correct. Guidance may be incorrect, incomplete, late or unsuitable for the situation.
Check suggestions and answer in your own words. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, successful assessments or hiring by a particular date. The service is not an employment agency or a substitute for professional advice. Features marked “Coming next” are not a promise of current availability.
4. Interview rules and permission to capture content
Before using assistance in an interview or assessment, check its rules and obtain appropriate authorization. Do not use PasaRonda where outside assistance is prohibited or present an AI answer as evidence of experience or ability you do not have.
Before capturing audio, transcribing voices or sending a screenshot, provide notices and obtain permissions or consent required by applicable laws and confidentiality agreements. Operating-system permission does not prove another person's consent. PasaRonda does not verify that consent or guarantee invisibility in meetings, recordings or screen captures.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Conduct illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment or violations of others' rights.
- Capture conversations without authorization or share confidential, personal or protected information you have no right to provide.
- Invent qualifications, experience, results or identities, or violate exam, assessment or hiring-process rules.
- Access another account, distribute malware, conduct unauthorized security testing, overload the service or bypass safeguards and usage limits.
- Resell the service, systematically extract private data or copy proprietary software without permission, except where expressly permitted by law or an applicable license.
This section does not restrict statutory interoperability rights or permissions under open-source licenses.
6. Your materials and the permission you grant
You retain your rights in your résumé, documents, stories, questions and other content you provide. You must have the right to use and submit it. You give us limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy and process it, and to allow our providers to process it, only to deliver, maintain and protect the service you request and handle your requests.
This permission does not allow us to publish your interviews as testimonials, sell your materials or use them in advertising without separate authorization. Its duration follows service retention needs and legal obligations described in the privacy policy. Remove content through deletion controls or request help by email.
7. Service license and outputs
While you comply with these terms and your access limits, you may use the app and service for preparation and authorized assistance. This limited, non-exclusive license does not allow transferring or selling access. Hosting your materials does not give us ownership of them.
Rights in PasaRonda software, design, branding and editorial content belong to Spark & Reason LLC or its licensors. AI outputs may not be unique or protected by intellectual property rights. You may use guidance as permitted by these terms, but must check facts, permissions and possible third-party rights.
8. Providers, devices and availability
The service depends on connectivity, devices, audio permissions and identity, hosting, transcription and AI providers. Those services may fail or change. We do not promise continuous availability, a particular latency, compatibility with every platform or recovery of lost audio.
Do not share credentials, documents or screenshots unrelated to your interview. Providers and data flows are described in the privacy policy. External services also have their own terms.
9. Plans, payment, cancellation and refunds
These terms do not set a price or authorize a charge. The website currently has no payment checkout. If we offer a paid plan, its price, currency, applicable taxes, duration, limits, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions will be shown before purchase.
Creating an account alone does not activate a future charge or paid subscription. Any automatic renewal must be disclosed when you purchase it. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain in force; a future commercial policy cannot remove them.
10. Changes, limits and suspension
We may update features, apply reasonable protective limits and suspend access for a breach, security risk or legal requirement. We will provide appropriate notice of significant changes or actions affecting access when reasonably possible, unless a legal or security obligation prevents it.
Material changes to these terms will carry a new date and appropriate notice; we will request additional agreement where needed. New terms do not retroactively change an existing obligation. You may stop using the service or request account deletion if you do not wish to continue.
11. Closing your account and keeping your data
Use available controls to export interviews, delete content or close your account. Export what you need before deleting it. Signing out, clearing browser storage or uninstalling the app does not itself delete service records.
Deletion of active records, local storage and third-party copies has different scopes. See the privacy policy. Obligations relating to intellectual property, past use, validly purchased services and legal rights survive where their nature requires.
12. Warranties and liability
Where legally permitted, the service is provided according to availability, without a promise that it will meet every need or that every AI output is accurate. To the same permitted extent, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost hiring opportunities or consequences of relying on an answer without checking it.
These terms do not exclude warranties or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights. This section does not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability the law prohibits limiting. It does not impose a blanket waiver of claims about service defects.
13. Applicable law, inquiries and language versions
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Wyoming law governs these terms without applying conflict rules that would displace that choice. Consumers retain mandatory protections and avenues for claims under applicable law in their place of residence.
Send an inquiry to info@sparkreason.com so we can review the issue. This does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or introduce mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive forum. If a provision cannot be applied, the remaining provisions continue where legally permitted. Spanish and English versions aim for the same meaning; mandatory language and contract rules remain applicable.
